Shipping, Returns and Refund:
Shipping is calculated depending on package size and shipping zip code.
Returns and Refunds are only permitted on items that you received broken due to shipping or incorrect item received, No refunds or returns will be processed after 14 business days of purchase. Please be aware that proof of damage or incorrect item will be requested.
Shipping: Order processing time is 4-5 Business Days for in-stock items. Pre-orders can take up to a month to ship. Please reference the product description or reach out to me if you have questions about pre-order shipping times!
Please note, Shipping time stated at "Check Out" is estimated by USPS after order has been processed/fulfilled.
Confirmation/Shipping Email: if you do not receive an "Order Number" after your purchase, please check your "SPAM" mailbox if not contact us.
All orders over 1lb ship USPS Priority, which is an estimated 1-3 days from the time USPS receives the package. Orders under 1 lb ship via First Class USPS.
Do you ship internationally?

Where is my tracking information?
You will receive an email when your order ships, which contains your tracking information. Please ensure you add an email to your order and that is it correct. If you don’t receive an order confirmation email, please reach out to us so we can add your email and resend it, if you do not receive an "Order Number" after your purchase, please check your "SPAM" mailbox if not contact us.
Do you offer custom candles?

What types of wicks do you use?
- Wood-Crackling
- Quiet Wood Crackling
- 100% cotton (lead free)
How long do the candles burn?
To ensure you get the most out of your candles, please ensure you are burning them properly! That means, trimming your wick before each burn, allowing for a complete melt pool with each burn, and burning in 3-4 hour increments. If you follow these steps, burn time on an 8oz candle can reach over 50 hours.
